The Sktchy 30 faces in 30 days challenge was certainly intriguing as I’ve done several portraits but not 30 of them in sequence in such a short time span. I started with a drawing and used watercolor, layers and layers of watercolor. The course provided photos of a variety of people with amusing and often challenging poses. Some were created with a toned background which I found I enjoyed using with watercolor and pens and pencils. I hope you enjoy seeing these as much as I did in creating them.
I did one extra portrait as she was one I wanted to try so I did 31 portraits in 31 days.
